Would depend on what terms the recapitalization was at. This is still too vague until we have some offers.

If the recapitalization occurs but values AZZ at 0.05 then we'd see some money back of you cashed out.

I really think it would be worth BPT looking at this given that they are on the look out for acquisitions and have $500m available...

At least we finally know something concrete about the leases and reserves though.

Maybe on the 1 year anniversary of the infamous announcement we may finally get some good news.

I really hope FTI have approached oil and gas companies eg BPT that have publicly stated that they are on the lookout for acquisitions and have the balance sheet to do so.

I hope FTI aren't expecting other companies to simply contact them because of this announcement...
