On the day we had the big gain, many other lithium explorers saw the same price action.
I'm assuming the ASX looked at the consistent action across most explorers and decided that speeding tickets for each company wasn't warranted.
The ASX seems more likely to issue a speeding ticket when the price action is specific to just one company (rather than all of it's peers at the same time).
