Dunno if anyone's justifying it, but what should anyone do beyond shrugging their shoulders and focus on any progress, no matter how delayed? It's like a lot of other small caps if you contact them "yeah thanks, I don't disagree, we're confident we're on the right track, bye". They're clearly committed to it, they sent georgina off into the sun. It's not like anyone can give them the hurry up because they're not giving the impression they're trying to figure out the best course of action, they literally ARE trying to figure out the best course of action. It's why they've gone through 4 stages of test work, plus binned a previous strategy.
