    funny timing of the annoucement.... 7 mins prior to close, so I think it sits in halt for 20 mins, then the market will be closed

    given the last cap raise was for the study, but they have been gifted the money for the study by BARDA, what should they do with the cap raise money... how about a buy back... give the money back.... dont pocket it.
