Nah, I'm still around.
The FDA approval dropped at 9.25am yesterday with absolutely zero fanfare from the Feds, so the only cash I could access on opening was my LDX holdings.
I managed to get in at $2.40 so that was great timing - although I expect a retrace as people will take profits today probably.
I'll be buying back into Lumos as time and funds permit.
The fundamentals are still sound, but LDX still needs a few tweaks (as I said before) but can still get there.
As for the CLIA waiver - even if finished by, say, end of March / start of April, the the FDA will still take 3 - 6 months to assess the submission.
I cannot see FDA approval before July 2025 and it could be as late as November 2025.
Funding should last until then, but IMHO LDX really do need another IP contract to ensure another CR isn't needed, or a stellar product sales result.
