this one....as an ex insurance broker im pretty sure insurance would cover that claim...and it is.. insurance policies for business cover alot more than the standard car policy. this is the point im making people dont realise that these settlements dont come out of the P&L. insurance premiums will increase but the company doesnt pay it. thats why you engage in a good broker. same thing with nuix should sheehy have won the case 180M claim would be covered by insurance not by free cash or financing..
