it would be great if it was that easy. just saying thats how the system works its when the policy doesnt respond that companies get into trouble and thats dependant on various reason. the drama with this legal matter is that the decision could give rise to other claims against Nuix during the discovery phase. i.e the current trial. but hey im bullish on Nuix and fingers crossed its a slap on the wrist dont do it again and we move on. fundamentals of the business hasnt changed. still a very scaleable model and sticky clientelle.
