For anyone interested, it seems that all the hearings about Nuix are now complete. There was an order passed today and the individual directors' hearings will start on 5th Dec.
The SP rise today gotta do with how Nuix fared in its hearings till today. Seems to me Nuix has the upper hand and hence punters having access to the hearings have moved in to load up on Nuix through their channels. If the SP continues to rise tomorrow as well, it would indicate the sentiment is inclined towards victory of Nuix in this case. (All IMO)
