    Here is the excerpt.

    Weird ass arrangement. Options to get rid of the debt = dilution. Only 325m SOI though with 5m MC. However, 4.7m of debt in options would be some major dilution. Unless I'm reading it wrong.

    The projects seem solid but impacted heavily by covid19.

    Any long term holders here?
