afaik...
fcas via battery requires keeping capacity aside to facilitate... there is a number of different levels of fcas that we can bid into also. so if we have an approved 50mw discharge capacity with 2 hours of depth discharge ability - perhaps the 26mwh discharge indicates we have committed ~20 mw worth of capacity to fcas.
my experience during being a holder of infigen and its lake Bonney bess confirmed that fcas was a lucrative part of the Bess operation.
if you are wanting to read up about it a bit. UQ University did a research paper on their 2mw battery at St Lucia and how they were generating positive returns for them.
