This announcement is indeed very positive, I'm just a bit sad that some of the insightful posters got fed up with the trolls so they did not share their thoughts here anymore
The deal is good either way but let's hope that the vendor would not participate in the contribution therefore we would have 85% of this huge cake. It has been said numerous of time by several people that the market is currently valued us at 70% ownership so what does 85% means for the SP?
If the SP is at 27c (CR level), going from 70% to 85% ownership would mean that SP should be at 33c instead.
And if the SP could reach it previous glory of 52c, 85% ownership would be equal to 63c
