    If I am not wrong Rattle has made his money from ANW (good on him) and now free carries. He has nothing to loose at these SP or even if the SP was lower I suspect it would not concern him. He now sees it as "a rinse and repeat option for manipulation" so a bit of down ramping would benefit him I would think.
