i hope it is on.
the recovery isnt actually lower. they are estimating future concentrate from g2 based on the averages from g1. its a cost estimation exercise not a definitive fact. id imagine tbe new spirals will improve recovery when they are actually used for g2.
they also have built in contigency into the estimated cost of extraction... so 1. its contigency, 2. its estimated. better to over cook the costs then under cook.
this is an aspirational document not the actual figures!
