My guess is that these 13c sellers are offer subscribers who are offloading the fully paid shares to get their money back and keeping the free 2c option as a free ride on the forthcoming resource upgrade / drilling of potentially large discovery targets / rising gold price.
An eminently sensible strategy, but not for me. I'm in for all or nothing.
435M new shares issued at 13c. About 30m sold at 13c last few trading days. Most will probably want to hang onto their allocation. Should wash through in a few more days I would think.
