It's stated that the scoping study's 1.1Moz mining inventory, needs to increase by at least another 200koz to increase the mine life from 7 years to 10 years.

Also, it's said that the cobalt not being extracted at Telfer "might be missing a trick". Not sure if this refers to AZY'S non-exec Director Gary Johnson's metallurgical expertise to come up with a method to extract the cobalt without compromising the copper extraction, and with still economically profitable recovery rates. I think this will be part of the PFS, along with the copper by-products. Gary seems highly intelligent and experienced in this field.



Also, implies that AZY as operators of the Citadel JV could probably drill 4,000m for the same cost as Rio Tinto's planned 1,400m drilling. RIO has committed $2.1 million budget for 2023, so I think AZY may get to drill more than is actually planned on paper by RIO.

Report says that RIO may soon want buy out AZY'S share of Citadel JV. But for sure, if a $73.6 million valuation is placed, AZY'S MC would skyrocket overnight.
