From the notes of AGM resolution on this..
"The Company also considers that an on-market buy-back
provides the Company with the flexibility to adjust the volume of shares bought back and stop buying at any time."
"Approval of this resolution does not oblige the Company to undertake a buy-back of any shares. It is not
guaranteed that the Company will buy back either the maximum number of issued shares approved pursuant to
this resolution or otherwise permitted under the 10/12 Limit."
i.e. they don't have to try and buy back any if they do not feel like it.
