Yeah, they may not go the full distance, but unless they're going to really be committed to it, it's not likely going to work.
I'm not convinced it's going to work regardless of what they do, other than either have a couple of cracking years of performance, or significantly reduce the fee drag. Like they could have just reduced the fee 25%, rather than buy back 25%!
