Plenty has changed in 18 months. Why else would TSEG's revenue be down 25%? just magically? The regulation and TSEGs response to it is cleary doing something.
That is the point.
It seems that the NICC only wants is for TSEG to go bust, and because that hasn't happened within 18 months, that's what they are upset about?
