the fact is the regulations are making the casino non profitable.
1.8 BN revenue with an EBITA of 300m means that the business is costing more to operate, than its actually earning. Almost 500-600m revenue has been taken out of this business by regulation alone, that's circa 30%. That the irony of NICC saying they are worried about the financials, they want their cake and to eat it too.
A CR wont fix that.
