My notes is that they are late by 6-9 months; but they are doing complex work in parallel (hello CNS), have brought a lot of new staff on (training) and seeking to introduce new data science methodologies (hopefully scaleable, repeatable, ML driven) to enhance the delivery platform - you can clearly see the improvements in the PMO v1.2 dose dependent outcome sensitivities.
As a fellow consultant, you can see when one is playing with the language - consultant vs project management speak - is when you introduce more open timeframes/milestone deliverables - a shift towards introducing words like “mid” ; is consultant speak for allowing a Q2-Q3 2022 time boundary.
