Just want to clarify my interpretation...
So Tony Walker and Dr Irmgard Irminger-Finger have performance shares, which get converted to normal shares if they hit a milestone related to lung cancer test. They're saying Bard1 are intentionally delaying the milestone so they don't have to pay them now that they've left the company?
