said it before don't expect a resolution and final signing of any resolution till July 1.....any income received after july 1 won't add to any tax headaches for CFE or some of Its major investors...esp if one is expecting a div before July 1....

and being fully franked will be ok for shares held in companies and super funds but for some it will just offset some of the overall tax they have pay....they will be in higher tax brackets....

how long will they take.....the chinese have already decided that before the meeting starts...they know but no one else knows......
