    decided to take a punt  in NTL as it ticks alot of boxes for me

    Technically its coming off a low base sideways consolidation pattern which I like

    Fundamentally a $12m Mkt Cap with $5.5m in cash

    20% Free Carried exploration at Rahu by major Newcrest

    and now development commencing at its 100% owned historic Talisman Mine


    watch for a breakout over 0.6c on volume
