Will be very interesting to see how the market reacts tomorrow. Part of me says this is not enought to get the sp moving upwards.
Confirmation of shipments (spot or other) certainly will though. In other words, what you see in this todays annc is cash out however still nothing substancial with cash in.
Bold announcement I must admit....they must be confident otherwise renegs on said announcement will trigger a loss of face with their bullish outlook.
Fingers crossed though.
