    Looks ok. Sprott seem to be the real deal in mine funding too.

    $100m of finance. $85m at 6.25-7.25% and $15m as a % of the future gold stream. They also note that conditions precedent will be a 'minimal equity raise' which is reasonable. All subject to the revalidation of the feasibility study which is planned for sometime in Q4 CY2020.

    Level of interest and share price trading up to announcement will determine what the raise price might be. 60c ?
