There is no reason why the stock could not reach above 10cts in due course. So who is to say it was ramping?
Maybe it was though and being careful is always sensible, regardless whether you're a newbie or not.
What I am always curious about is people posting who don't hold, nor seem to have an advice be it sell, hold or buy. One would imagine those people to have better things to do or to frequent more lively places..
