IMO:
Reading between the lines, assuming BHP succeeds in its takeover of OZL, the exercise of the Kalkaroo call option negotiated by OZL remains on the cards. Alternatively BHP could takeover HAV as well.
On the other hand, if BHP doesn’t exercise the Kalkaroo call option, HAV could become a takeover target for the same rationale conveyed by Mr Henry.
