What he is saying is blindingly obvious.
As the copper price moves inexorably higher, the odds on him walking away from the Havillah deal get smaller.
For a peppercorn sum he can put his foot on a near shovel ready project and tie up a ship load of SA exploration acreage.
The market is only just waking up.
