When OZL and HAV announced the Kalkaroo Call Option (KCO) on 17 May 2022, for a potential total consideration of A$405 million, HAV's SP was 16.5c (MC ~ A$52 million).
That potential total consideration for one of HAV's projects represented 8x HAV's MC at the time.
The price discovery event for HAV's Kalkaroo project has already occurred.
While it's not certain that BHP will exercise the KCO, ongoing progress on the Strategic Alliance remains encouraging IMO.
