Anyone been invested in a company with similar binding agreements and potential of JVs for projects. I just wonder if further dilution will take place with JVs getting completed. this could be another reason no reference of spod has Been mentioned as well as the blatant incompetence by the directors Tuesday. "If" a JV was to be organised for the development of trigg hill perhaps yahau are trying to get the most bang for buck and want more shares/options prior to Jv news. I wouldn't put it past the management as they clearly have zero care factor for the share holders
