Mickey,whilst 30% sounds good,the cpap mask is a lot better than 30% in most cases,so a sleep doctor will not change a patient to the medicine.I guess if you cant tolerate the cpap mask,then 30% is better than nothing,but my results with a mask are around 98/99% efficiency.Very interesting though,and look forward to see if successful,how it's implemented in Oz.In South Australia,if your apnea isn't being treated,you lose your right to drive.I think if the drug is to be used,it will be for the mild to moderate sleep apnea,of which the market is the biggest.
