    Anyone who has had any dealing with the PNC internal legal team wouldn't put much faith in them. I hope KJ saught outside advice.

    I see nothing wrong with kicking PwC while they are down. If they don't warranty their professional advice (which they barely do if you read their contracts) then they should suffer the consequences.
