i would imagine that would be correct. KJ would be looking at "no win no fee" lawyers to act on this deal. The costs of fighting PwC would be a large risk and would not be economically prudent IMO. There are plenty of these legal practices around but he would still need to be choosy if he wants a good chance of winning. As I said before there is merit in having a go but there is also plenty of wriggle room for the defence.
