Strange that this would even get to court. Would think it more of an ASX issue or an ASIC issue. If deemed acceptable by both of those then there should be no issue.
A sign of arrogance when they state they are also going for costs when the case hasn’t even been heard yet. Easy to go down the legal route when it is shareholders money funding it.
