In actuality, we'll be progressing up through the gears. The announcement was the type of Big Bang hyperbole favoured by small co's to attract eyeballs.

The thing is here though the SP is marked down as though it is close to fatally impaired (which you picked up).
I don't think it is what warrants that type of announcement, plus the in-your-face element for those commenting as such.
