Agreed there is time to get it done, if they have trucks lined up for when the road completes they can get it to the port before June 30th if need be.
Will they get it done is debatable, but is it possible yes it certainly is, this time frame could be our ace card kicking these guys in the ass to make sure they get everything done quick as possible.
