They've appeared in my Netwealth (retail platform super) as of yesterday, but when I asked my broker, Amscot, they responded with:
The record date is today, 09/02. It will be after this date that the rights will be issued to the eligible shareholders of ICG.
...even though ICGRC are already being traded
