    I've spent a couple of hours on the phone this morning trying to sort out what is going on. The ICGRC's are showing in one account that I have with a broker, but not showing in my Commsec account, which holds the bulk of my ICG stock. I spoke to Commsec and they said the rights haven't been issued. I spoke to Advanced Share Registry and they said they have calculated the rights entitlement, but it has not yet been approved by the Inca office. They expect that it will be approved later today.
