You have been offered the right to purchase shares for 2.5c a piece, and for every 2 purchased you will be also offered a free option. The amount you are offered is 1/5 of your holding as of the 21st april.
The rights "MGTRE" can be traded like any other share until the 6th of may. If you trade your MGTRE this means that you will sell your rights to participate in the raise. The person who buys these rights will then be able to participate in the raise. After this date you will only be able to participate in the raise or let your rights lapse.
