Yes you can, as Ivan said it is traded through AUQR. Because the SP is below the offer price there won't be much (if any) interest so most will expire worthless.

For example - If the shareprice was at 5cents then people would buy the rights from you in order to be eligible to participate in the CR at 3.4 cents. They could then sell these on market for 5 cents so they would be willing to pay 1.5 cents for the chance to make 0.1 cents per share and they still get the attaching option as a bonus.
