Possibly - but if that is the case then why haven't they explained this to give shareholders a better understanding of the reasoning for this raise? If you are going to spring an extremely large raise on shareholders completely out of the blue which they would know would have shareholders ready to riot then surely you do your absolute best to explain the need for it? And why do it in such a short rushed timeframe which gives shareholders very little chance to get the funds together to participate? And why the need to get it done to enable the new shares to vote at the AGM?
