The Doctor is correct unless your trying to take over the company and buy everything if your a holder buy your allocation and add more in hope of snagging some additional that others don't want, there will be people that cant afford to buy or don't wish to buy so their shares are up for grabs but if you dont want to buy then sell them rather than watch them disappear but really the only people that would buy them are people new that missed prior or someone trying to get a hold of as many as possible in a take over pursuit trying to accumulate. Remember Kalenn group of PIG investors are hunting and they will try and absorb a lot of shares if they can they will buy their allotment and go for the throat on the additional.
