As Robmac47 says, you can do this by logging on to the share registry website. If you follow the followingsteps you will be able to access your specific entitlement application form,which also gives you the opportunity to also apply for shortfall shares, aboveyour entitlement. The only key thing to remember is to put an X in front of the HIN number you have to put in at step 3. It is a relatively easy process to follow and will allow youaccess to your specific entitlement form with its unique code identifier andBPay details. 13	No need to send if you Bpay entitlement plus extra amount
