The SP will fluctuate and your post is a camera snapshot of a specific moment in time. SHs who owned shares in ICG at cut off date are most likely, imo, to participate in the CR. The SHs who don't or cannot participate have the option the sell their entitlements. The people buying the entitlements want to participate in the CR. The incentives of 1 short term option and 1 LT option provide comfort to SHs if the SP dips below the issue price of $0.055. My view is given the CR is successful and when drill permits are received there will be a hive of speculative activity involving ICG. DYOR. Time will tell. I have already participated in the CR.
