You are right about volume; only around 150k shares traded on Friday but 10m buy offers at 9.5c is a solid bar set by bidders.

I reckon they are in no hurry but will pick them up as they become available. 10m shares at 9.5c is only $950k which is not much but would be 2-3% of the company. I suspect they don’t want to takeover but just increase their holdings to capitalise on the opportunity. Who knows whether they will hold all long term or take profits after the SP doubles at some time in the future.
