I wouldn't have thought it high for a renewable energy company, with unique technology in a huge and developing market, world wide patents for design and deployment, island nations ready to purchase energy and water, some money in the bank and potential access to multi-million dollar government grants.

IMO $20 million seems fair and all that is really needed is some ARENA applications to be filled out by management and then perhaps a call to the bank to arrange a few thousand dollars, then log on to the computer and buy a few cheap shares on market, then scribble out a 3Y form and email to the ASX. The SP and MK then goes right up, it's very simple!!!
