    I'm assuming OTC markets acts like a market maker managing that side of things which they will need to balance into shares on a regular basis.

    If they have more buys than shares available one day they will take the order and balance the next day, by buying on market.

    This is my presumption I was just curious if anyone had the relevant experience to confirm the mechanics of it.
