... and one can only wonder at the value of the former PNG assets in todays market...
Decisions made by the majority of the current board have led to destroyed value to long term holders of HZN shares. Despite the strong cashflow the SP has not yet reached pre PNG sale level. Amazing that many on the forum are happy with a 3 cent return of capital when the headline SP could have been in the 30's if not for the knee jerk decision of the board.
A select acquisition or JV has the potential to add multiples of 3 cent capital returns to SH value. Unfortunately from recent history current management seem incapable of cementing such deals.
