To be honest I don’t think winning or losing the court case really matters. Going back to ISX responses to ASX questioning and the continual reliance on listing rule 3.1A, reading between the lines I am of the opinion the case is about keeping ISX’s laundry (good or bad) from being released to the market under continuous disclosure requirements and kept away from the ASX board members that have an alleged conflict of interest.
