i think information were leaked not only to shorters but ISX competitor like Identitii.

response to 4th lot of questions is with ASX very sure of that as ISX have shown they complied with due dates in the past. Its ASX turn to respond with draft findings however when this draft become final copy is the reason for the delay IMO. I hope findings is truthful if not there will be more reasons to take further court actions on ASX.
